Tidbits

First, let's get a look at how pretty my booth looked last week. If I can fit the butterflies in the outback, they'll be back this week. I also need to fit the Eames Shell Chair, and the coffee-table-sized green trunk. And all my display props, supplies, clothes, food, sleeping bag and me. Sometimes I feel like I pack my whole home into that car every week. Speaking of bulky display props, do you like the tiered silver plate tidbit with pins displayed on it? I picked that up this week. It has 4 tiers. Tidbit is the official name for that piece, and yes, I do feel silly saying it. I also felt really silly today going into 7 stores asking for sachets to put in my tidbit. Nobody knew what a sachet was. "You know, tiny pillows that smell like flowers?" But I was determined to have a tidbit full of beautiful pins displayed on sachets. I only found 7, but I'm ordering more on ebay. If I can find them cheap enough, I'll let you have the sachet when you buy the pin. Incentives….. Team Unicorn picked up a new player – a beautiful needlepoint tapestry design. Stainless and teak kitchen items usually fly out of my booth. Race-A-Car is in perfect working order. The leather and canvas trunk is also just the right size for a small table. I have the sterling hand mirror set, and a few antique wall mirrors. Everyone always wants my display mirror, but I need that to sell jewelry. The jewelry situation is intense this week, but I haven't even sorted it all out yet, never mind photos and blogging. I was too busy hunting for scented tiny pillows today.
